Norway is a constitutional monarchy with highly regulated transparency rights, rooted in the Norwegian constitution.
Norway has a royal family, Stortinget - the national parliament and Sametinget, the parliament of the Sami minority in the northern part of the country. there are 19 counties(Norwegian = fylke) and 433 local municipalities (Norwegian = kommune).
